I'm so ecstatic about this office. If I bought my own tiny home in 1995 I'd still be paying more in monthly rent than a mortgage. I'm trying to get my previous supervisor to rent the space next to me that's even more enormous and amazing and it's under 500/ month

I... think I'm getting my own office for the first time in my practice. It's through this very little known city initiative. So it's actually going to be cheaper than what I spend subletting office space two days a week. There is a full friggen park in this space w/ a fountain & several gardens
Ok. Tea sandwiches are good. But you must know they come from their messy relative and we're scaled down so folks wouldn't muss themselves. Creamed cheese with fresh scallions, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs plus thin ripe tomato slice with spicy arugula is a perfect sandwich
I have just had the very strange experience of encountering someone who knows who I am and thought I was impersonating myself. I had to give up trying to tell them it was actually me and just had to laugh
Omg I'm actuality starting to see the finish line for my book. Like,... don't get me wrong. There's still a shit ton to do. But it's book shaped.
I just got indian food from a secret basement location in a Ramada in old Oakland. I honestly have no idea what i got. There's nothing on the menu that's familiar to me. But it was all very good. The main star is this flatbread called dosa that's stuffed and has tons of sauces. It was wildly cheap
Well.. I finally put up a statement about the ISST-D issue. It's always been hard, emotionally, to write. www.katiekeech.com/about-7-1

I've messed around with lots of different lettuce growing in the past two years. If you want to grow your own & you suck at plants, hands down grow arugula. It's dandelion level easy. It will regrow after. Chard is the second easiest and collards are a hard recommend. The others are more finicky.
Cat derp.... this is the neighbors cat we are slowly stealing. Currently asleep in our house with a derp.
While my lettuce crop failed, I'm still saved from the diarrhea outbreak because my arugula, my collards and my chard are going gangbusters.
If there's universal income, networks like the Epstein network won't be able to operate in the same way anymore. A lot of it runs on desperation. I'm quite aware wealthy groups fund TAY homeless & trafficking CMH facilities to gain access to data & find kids. Poverty fuels trafficking.
The Verdant System, who is a research student in Refractory, is asking for Plurals to assist them with their research survey You can find it here: forms.gle/7shNNWMHU6LY...

There are so many young new lived experience upcoming researchers doing work with DID / OSDD / Plurality working outside establishment structures. It's so interesting to meet them. I just added two to the Refractory these past few days and am excited to see our researcher community grow.
There's a practice that western magical practitioners do called creating a fetch. It's not the same thing as tulpamancy, it's not exactly different. I've even connected w/ Plurals who engage in magical practice who have also created a fetch and it does have a life in the system akin to another alter
I gave my dog the magic cheese and he's just sitting on my lap like a worried toddler. I hate the 4th of July.
I realized that the Refractory org has actually raised enough money to do a mini conference for ce's if we work through someone else, which actually makes more sense. We might even be able to pay some of the presenters and restock the money for next year.
Glad I've a late start on Monday after Pride. Monday is my only evening time I offer these days. I start late. I end late. This after decades of working weekends and all hours. I just can't anymore. But a late Monday works great for me. I start at 1pm and end at 8pm with no breaks. It's perfect.
Friday was a red carpet premier of a documentary about The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence for Frontline.
So isstd cut the entire emerging adult section, months ago. Probably because my name was on it. And only told those who have high name recognition. But there are scores of people, aside from me, who busted ass on it that still don't know.
It's going to be 2027 soon and the Isstd will *still* not have published the new treatment guidelines that had only one brand new section I was co- chair of and completed in late 2022.
Ambrose is the neighbor's son's cat who will probably end up being my cat. The adult son is away and Ambrose spends all his time in the daytime in my house. He even knows when it's breakfast time and shows up at 7am sharp. Cheddar and Dottie are a little grumpy, but OK with him.
Horse Girl is a gender neutral term. (I got dat Horse 'Tism)
I've taken a segway in my book to frame a concept I'm thinking of naming singularnormativity. This mirrors similar concepts like neuronormativity and heteronormativity. It's the assumption that being of one consciousness is normal and natural in humans and in nature.
Folks doing clinical work with DID / OSDD/ Plurality & plural folks! Join our conference on the weekend of June 12th. Every presenter is plural. Many are mental health providers. Topics include healing organized abuse, adjusting somatic therapy for DID, masking w/ DID, communication, shame & CPSTD.
Israeli lobbyists are really sending bots to text people to collect and track information about how U.S. citizens feel about Israel and try to direct folks who engage with it towards propaganda. I just got a text from "Liz" this morning. I blocked.
Just because you know about DID doesn't mean you understand polyfragmentation. I'm serious. I'm looking for a referral for polyfragmented folks & people I don't know seem to keep saying ISSTD. Believe me when I say to you that barely anyone there understands polyfragmentation. Some. But very few.
