Had an enjoyable visit with friends for a couple days. The pool felt great after working on his privacy screens in the sun.

Repeat of yesterday with gully-washer rain. 4 inches yesterday. Still coming down out there today - was overflowing the roof gutters so should be good. Maybe we can get out of our draught someday.

Today my bride and I celebrated our 55th Anniversary. No nudes for today. Just a throwback pic of our day one.

Today was pretty chill. Haircut and attempt to clear up a bank card that won’t work (maybe that will work later). Then periodic getting up from reading in order to close windows and doors to keep out the scattered rain.

Going to be another wet day but cooler - only the low 90s. 🤣 No matter, coffee is good and no need to go punch a clock for work!

There’s not much time for outdoor enjoyment even if it was legal here - oh how I wish it was. Indoors is “ok” but not as enjoyable.

Good Friday morning to all! Tonight and tomorrow night will be full of bangs and booms for the Fourth of July “fun.” Hope not too late to cut in to my needed sleep time.

For throw-back-Thursday, I go way back to 2014 - didn't have a smart phone back then so regular digital camera. Remember those? So much easier to document our activities now.

Today I almost took a break from stretching. And the hot shower always feels so good. So I combined the two for more flexibility and still feel the warmth of my shower.

Time for some easy twisting and stretching on this sunny day. Not doing well on the toe touches yet.

Had some outdoor landscape work and replacing a fuel evaporator sensor on my Jeep this morning. Really hot but needed to be done. Added a couple more stretches to my PT session afterward.

My lower back and hips have been barking at me pretty severely for a few weeks and are getting worse. I pulled out my physical therapy exercises and have resumed that routine some more. This is the starting stretches.

Another start to a hot, humid day. Checked it out and confirmed the a/c is good to have.

It’s Towel Thursday again! And Throw Back Thursday also. Both in one. 😆

It’s really raining out there. Might be fun to feel it but NAH, I’ll just watch and be glad we’re getting more rain.

Dental checkup earned me a virtual “gold star” from the hygienist. YAY!

Good Tuesday morning or afternoon to some of my friends. Contemplating my upcoming dental appointment in an hour. Don't have any issues I know of but I still don't like the process.

Installing new shower sprayer. Has both wall mounted and hand-held devices. Very nice for my achy bones

Did a nice hot, soapy shower to smell good on the crowded airplane home. Turns out I’m on the aisle and no one next to me. I enjoyed the shower anyway. Hope you all did as well

Just today and a wake up remaining before flying home to Florida from Arizona. Really need more outside time to tone down the skin a bit.

Not as much nude time this visit. I had more on a visit a while back. It was great to store more solar energy.

I was reminiscing about one of our former B&B spots which has closed unfortunately. It had a wonderful spot outside our room.
