On Friday, I presented a poster examining whether web-delivered exercise (WDE) can reduce anxiety sensitivity (AS) @abctnow.bsky.social in Philadelphia. We found that WDE can reduce AS, with HIIT leading to significant long term reductions and stretching and MICT leading to short term reductions.

In October, I presented a poster examining exercise’s effect on emotional reactivity and reappraisal processes in individuals with elevated anxiety sensitivity @therealspr.bsky.social. We found exercise improves engagement with anxiety-related stimuli and both implicit and explicit reappraisal.
