Minnesota charged white supremacist Jake Lang with felony property damage after he vandalized a “Prosecute ICE” sculpture at the state Capitol. It’s a state case, so no presidential pardon is coming to bail him out this time.
So, all it took to destroy the government was a complicit SCOTUS, a feckless and spineless Congress, and a felon.
