EMERGENCY COMISSIONS Due to my abusive mom stealing 2000€ from me I need to rebuild my savings to be able to move out of the unhealthy household I live in. I’d love some support via Vgen or dms so I can get my savings back up and get to a safer place. I also have a Kofi icase you want to support me

I'll be honest, if I'm forced to, I will probably use a credit card to verify but I am never renewing my canceled Nitro and I'd encourage you to do the same.

Tomorrow, Discord will place everyone into an age group using account signals. They claim 90% of users won't have to confirm their age. They are also introducing new verification methods if you do need to verify that you are an adult, including Credit Cards and App Stores.

More than 90% of you won’t be asked to confirm your age. Since our last post about teen safety, we've had to launch age assurance solutions in more places, including Texas and Brazil. Laws requiring age assurance are expanding around the world. Rather than waiting to be told how to do it, we’re launching our own privacy-preserving approach: one that reflects your feedback. You can check your age group status at User Settings > Account Status. We've estimated your age group automatically from account signals like how long your account has existed or the kinds of servers you're a part of. We don’t look at your messages, calls, or other content. We're launching this over the course of this week, so it may take a few days to reach your account. If you're in the adult age group (18+), nothing changes. If you're in the teen age group (13-17), you can keep messaging friends, joining voice calls, and participating in non-age-restricted servers, but with additional safety protections that block age-restricted content, spaces, and settings. Otherwise, Discord works the same. More on this below. We've added several new ways to confirm your age, including some that don't require an ID or selfie (including credit cards). If you're an adult but weren't automatically placed in the adult age group, you can confirm your age group at any time by going to User Settings > Account Status. More on the new options below. ‍

Thank you for 100 followers on twitch!!! I honestly didn't expect to hit 100 followers during my unannounced hiatus, not to mention before I get affiliate, but still this is a major milestone for me!! I can't say when my next stream will be but I am planning to do it consistently at some point

🚨 Twitch users, turn off this setting if you don't agree with Amazon training their AI on your Twitch content. I think it's so predatory that they opt you in by default, and they have put it in your account privacy settings, not in the creator dashboard or channel settings. Not impressed Twitch.

Twitch now uses your channel to train generative AI by default. You can opt out of some training here: www.twitch.tv/settings/sec...

Training for Generative AI Allow your channel content to train generative AI content models at Amazon. Turning this off does not opt you out of Twitch and Amazon using your channel content for other purposes described in the Twitch Privacy Notice, including using AI-supported Twitch features that benefit the community by facilitating streamer growth and monetization (such as real-time sponsorship campaign assistance), viewer discovery (such as recommendations), and community safety (such as AutoMod).
