2,140 hours of sewage in the River Ise in 2025 — nearly three months. 262 separate spills, from Kettering's Valley Walk overflow to Desborough and Burton Latimer. Lib Dems would scrap Ofwat for a Clean Water Authority with unlimited fining powers.
