went to Seattle for first time in a couple years and ate out exclusively. i was surprised how expensive everything was. about 50% higher than San Diego, which I visited in May.
12 years ago, i reached the lowest point in my life and knew that i had to change. that i couldn’t go on like this. i had a family that loved and supported me, a job, even outside interests i could cultivate. if i was going to break free of this self-imposed prison it would take strength.

If an associate picked it up and didn't turn it in to LP before going home, they would be called in the next day. 3 people got fired before he was told to stop.
in the last couple days a car crashed into the building on SW Beaverton Hillsdale destroying a business, and today a 44-year old man drove his car through a barrier and injured an officer next to Fields Park and was charged with felony assault. cars are almost as bad as eBikes

What if instead of selling food below cost to all comers at taxpayer expense, then using more taxpayer dollars to subsidize private companies that can't compete, we had a program targeting nutritional assistance just to the people who needed it, as a sort of supplement?
