So I’m staying at the Radisson Blu at Stansted prior to flying to Karlsruhe and I’ve discovered that to merely drop someone off at the hotel would incur a minimum charge of £7, seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. How do people justify this?

CBS News have interviewed some of them & they confirm that social media posts on Facebook & Instagram told them Spain had opened its borders. They're playing with people's hopes & lives. It's awful. We must combat fake news.

Such a sad day for music today. We’ve lost Glen Hansard in a motorcycle crash, and also the incredible guitarist Ray Gomez, who I would occasionally talk with online. I told him how I had a cassette of his solo album ‘Volume’ that I wore out on tour in ‘80. He promptly sent me a photo and CD. RIP 🙏
