I know I’m like two weeks behind but I finally made a Jimothy 💖

Only 104 rows to go and I can’t believe I’m still a few days ahead of schedule. Things should move quickly for the next few rows and will slow back down a bit once I get to the Chorus’s crown of thorns. I am so excited about how it’s turning out!

I am approaching 2/3 completion. By the end of the weekend I hope to be at or near row 200. It’s finally in the Kronk phase and I’m getting more and more excited!

I got about 4 hours into my day before I realized and no one else told me. I haven't laughed this hard in months and I genuinely have no idea how it took me this long to notice because they are completely different shoes.

Alruna: End of History is even better than I was hoping it would be and you should make it part of your Pride celebration this month. My only complaint is that I don’t have enough time right now to 100% it because I have a project with a tight deadline I’ve been avoiding all weekend to play it.

I have a genuine question: I block AI posts immediately because I don't want to interact. But more often than not, as I am going to block, I see a lot of people calling it out in the comments. Is it actually helping anybody or just giving the AI poster attention?

Grits. It’s about $5 for a bag that will make several meals worth. You can eat them plain or add just about anything to make them fancy. Breakfast for dinner was a staple for me back when you didn’t have to sell a kidney to buy a pound of bacon or a carton of eggs. Grilled cheese is a close second.

Off to a good start with my #DesertBusForHope #Craftalong project for this year. I am still skeptical about the colors but they’re the best I could do. My first choice in yarn was sold out of the main color (I need about 1400 yards of it) so I improvised and I’m trying to trust the process.

I have “Coffee Day” on Saturdays with my sister and the niblings. I saw a reel earlier this week where someone put pony beads on fairly lights and knew we had to do it. It has been a great hit and I’m obsessed with the final product!

I’m a few days late in announcing but I’ve been accepted for the #DesetBusForHope #Craftalong again this year! I’m so excited to be part of such a cool event and looking forward to spamming progress pics over the next couple months. This is the design I decided on. Working Title: Choir Practice.

I just finished this #Crochet sweater for my nieces birthday. It’s not washed or blocked yet but I love how it turned out! I wasn’t sure the idea would work when it first came to me but now I’m planning one for myself in a different color scheme.

I had to stop watching Lord of the Flies because it’s past my bedtime but also because I know what’s coming next and feel physically ill about it.

Alruna: End of History is my new Silksong. I’ve been checking twice a day all year to see if there are updates on the release.

I think this is it. I decided against a dither effect to represent the silk explosion that happens when you die. I haven't submitted, much less been approved. so I am still open to feedback for the time being. This will eventually be a tapestry crochet blanket for Desert Bus For Hope.

Enough of the Onion Lord, time to focus on the important things: This year's Craftalong project. I was going to go with the simple chevrons in The Panalysst colors but then inspiration struck and I came up with a tapestry idea. What are your thoughts? #DesertBusForHope #crochet #WIP
