Diverticulitis flare has me regretting being alive. It feels like knives all up in my upper GI after doing 300 situps with no warm up, dicing my innards to tiny bits. It's one of the awful flares. :(

Booking my first therapy session next week. I have no idea how it's going to go but they say they're ASD informed, and I was up front about needing help with grief, managing my symptoms, and working on my internal damage. So, hopefully it works. I'm tired of failing.
