Dang. I can't do alter session set calendar_fiscal_year_start = '2025-03-01', 'YYYY-MM-DD'; on autonomous db without getting an ORA-01031: insufficient privileges (yes, I have ALTER SESSION priv, it's autonomous restriction.) Wonder why that's restricted on autonomous?🤔
