Original K'yalwenn was slightly different - violet eyes instead of blue, different hair colour, face paint. I removed those because it didn't feel quite right. But she was always a suncat, same face. Kalila is exactly the same as she was when I first made her.

I've been quietly working on and developing a big writing project for a couple of weeks now (non-FFXIV related and not fanfiction) and one thing I've realised recently is that every single character I create has a part of me in it and also teaches me something new about myself.

For K'yalwenn - sex. She never really thought much about it until she met G'raha, and then it became one of her favourite things. For Kalila - Estinien. She found him quite brusque and rude on first meeting, but then she gradually fell in love with him during Heavenward.
