Example therapeutics include B-cell–depleting agents within the past 12 months (such as rituximab, ofatumumab, ocrelizumab), CAR-T therapy within the past 12 months, abatacept, tyrosine kinase inhibitors (such as imatinib and ibrutinib), high-dose corticosteroids (equivalent to at least 20 mg prednisone daily for at least 4 weeks), and anthracycline derivatives. A note states that the listed therapeutics are examples that predispose to substantial immunosuppression.
