Well, that’s fun. My pain clinic doc (who’s excellent) is retiring. He’s gotten me through quite a lot of lumbar/sacroiliac ‘fun,’ including S3-L2 radiculopathy (also fun) resulting from a rollover wreck in 2012. The clinic will still be here, just a different practitioner. Le sigh.

U.S. central std time is 12:54PM, the “feels like” temp is 94°F, outside air quality is bleh 🤢. I’ve consumed 3 cold brew coffees in order to be cogent, it’s not helping. I’m in an environment w/A/C + excellent filtration & want to nap real bad.

I just watched the v last episode of ‘Euphoria.’ Coleman Domingo got me right in the feels. I’ve not been so very moved by a series, movie, or theater in a v long time. I ugly cried, not from sadness, but from the reminder that despite the U.S. shit show, art exists & keeps us human. ☮️

Has anyone on this platform used the car rental service “Turo (Car sharing)?” It seems to be a model similar to Vrbo, AirBnB, but for autos. Good? Bad? Trustworthy? Avoid? Feedback would help me make a more informed decision @ whether to use the service. Thanks in advance!
It’s a day. MRI results: lumbar & sacral nerve impingement, aka radiculopathy. It’s not pretty fun. My brain is full of cortisol as pain is wont to do, & it makes me > stoopid than my norm. I left my wallet at home, but have my 👜. My brain:
