Burnhams position on Scottish Independence is clear. Unionism is not about equality. Or democracy. What they want, they will take!.... 'We own Scotland! You will never be allowed to have the democracy you seek. Instead, we will impose our rule.

And why is #r4today giving (yet again) such prominence to a hair-brained scheme that has little chance to ever be implemented? A GE is unlikely soon and the threat of Reform winning it is apparently receding. What is the justification for legitimising it?
