It's a beautiful sunny day here in Eastern Canada, and it's thankfully only 25C, so its perfect for a walk by the lake. Look at that blue sky and green grass! We had enough rain this summer that grass stayed lush the whole summer despite the record-breaking high temps. 📷🌞🌅

It's so weird how i've been feeling *better* ever since my landlord told me to get out. I was feeling so anxious about my living situation before, but now it's not my problem anymore, I get to move on. Getting kicked out is for the best. Thankful she gave me a year to find a new place tho. ☕

Sold my worn out Breville espresso machine today. Replaced it with a brand new Nespresso. Just one step towards scaling down my life to fit inside the small studio I'll be moving into. I also own a Keurig. I tried making a coffee using the Keurig just now and EWW i cannot drink drip coffee anymore.

If it's ok for Techbros to waste THAT much energy on AI slop to destroy the internet, then it's fine for me to buy incandescent light bulbs to add ambiance to my home. LEDs only emit a single wavelength, which looks wrong. Incandescent bulbs are just more cozy. 🥰

I needed a screen break, and this mirror needed better lighting. So I mounted a battery lamp to said mirror, and now I feel like I accomplished something today :D I used double sided tape on the battery holder only, so the batteries can still be replaced. Surely that wont break :P #Workshop #DIY

No hate, no dogpiling, just curious. For me, it's Skyrim. Don't know why, considering it should be exactly my kind of game, but it just didn't click for me.

I think I am witnessing myself going through a mindset change about video games. After putting 20K+ hours across multiple different MMOs, I feel extremely burned out on the genre and need a change. I was already playing MMOs solo, so why not simply play Open World/Sandbox solo games? Less fomo too!

I really need to stop reading reviews and forums about video games and just play whatever the F I enjoy, because holy hell people just love shitting on games for any reason. If it's not about greedy devs its about the main character being a woman. Trolls just want to watch the world burn.

My HyperX keyboard finally died after 3y, so it was time for a new one. I got a Keychron V1 this time, after doing proper research, and omfg i am mind blown. Everything about this screams premium, from the packaging to the keys feeling like typing on a cloud of kittens. it's soooo quiet.

Great, a few of us got banned from the official Guild Wars 2 forum. Anet introducted a bug back in Jan that makes the game unplayable for many. There's a 10 pages forum thread about it, Anet is ghosting us, AND now banning people who call out Anet on their BS. Time to redownload Where Winds Meet.

Finally heard back from one of the many therapists I emailed. They offered me an interview in 2 weeks. I hope I vibe with them. I've had such a wild range of experiences with therapists, from amazing to off-putting. Who knows what this one will be like. 🤞

Feels bad wasting my life away in GW2 when Anet clearly rather spend their working hours releasing new swimsuits every month to keep the gooners whaling, than fix decades-old game-breaking bugs that affect combat and block progress. Or maybe it's NCsoft being a private equity firm making gw2 shit.

I finally did it. After putting 5,000+ hours in Guild Wars 2 in less than 3 years, and doing the entire story chronologically, I am now fully caught up with max mastery rank 686. I also crafted 25+ legendaries, including one for each trinket slots, even the relic. what do now? #GW2 #GuildWars2

I'm considering simplifying my coffee making setup into a single machine, and just now learned Nespresso machines might be that. I currently have a Keurig + a Breville Barista. I boil water using the keurig then brew an espresso using the breville and mix. Can a Nespresso make Americanos? 🤔 ☕

Finally, some research being done on Long Covid and ME/CFS. I hope we can find the real cause soon, so a cure can be developed. Living with this isnt living. 😩
