I have lost about 12 lbs since mid March. Slowly but surely I will get back to a healthy weight. Doing most of all my my weight loss by changing to a healthier diet. Mostly by eating smaller portions of food and stopping eating before I'm stuffed. I'm very proud of myself!
UPDATE FOR ART! My mom hasn't been doing well and has been in the ER on and off for 2 weeks. I am going home for a week to make sure she is okay. Then I have fwa prep so I won't be able to get commission work done until then 14th of May. I am sorry :(
