Whenever certain neighbors yell too loudly, I randomly will offer food and things get better for them for a while.. no more yelling. Food scarcity sucks and people get mean. Not their fault. It's nature. When food stamps didn't hit in November, the change in the neighborhood itself was audible.
This should have been sent to the ones who paid the tariffs - the consumers.

USA Today, which owns over 200 local newspapers across the country, has partnered with Palantir to gain "actionable intelligence" on its audiences. Anyone else alarmed by this?
The Most Dangerous Corporation in America?
The AI surveillance state is real — and it's being built by Palantir.

3/ "Between 2024 and 2025, under the Trump-Vance economy, Black adults who confirmed they experienced job loss increased by about three percentage points— the largest increase among all racial and ethnic groups, SHED revealed." That class thing?
1/ Flock Safety got caught - red handed. A leaked presentation shows the surveillance company pitched turning 350,000 Uber and Lyft dashcams into a spy network, then told reporters it never happened. The document says otherwise. 🧵 #DV1 #ProudBlue #Voices4Victory #USDemocracy

💙🐈⬛🐈🐈⬛💙 Cassidy is a distilled version of what the Republican Party has become,,,,weak and pathetic. He should be reminded of this for the rest of his life…
LMAO -- Cassidy wants credit for "almost" voting no on Blanche
1/ In 2017, an oil lobbyist called Standing Rock's water protectors "dangerous & destructive." Within a year his group had written the law that made protest itself a felony. Today he runs one of the most powerful think tanks in DC. This is how that pipeline works. #DV1 #ProudBlue #Voices4Victory
Muslims aren't the United States' biggest threat. Christian nationalists like mean, crazy, and fake-Christian Nancy Mace are. (And Trojan is capitalized, you semi-literate troll.)
AOC: Millennials are not punk kids anymore. We're grown adults with mortgages and kids, and that generation is starting to be decisive at the polls. And there is anger at being ignored, having our economic futures mortgaged by the generations that came before us and we're taking the reins
Let's go! Mark Zuckerberg is in the #EpsteinFiles. Donald Trump is in the #TrumpsteinFiles. Not-Prince Andrew is in the files. Steve Bannon: in the files. Bill Gates, RFK Jr, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk: all in the files.
Republicans canceled food, health care and education for Americans. Increased prices so Americans can't afford to live. But they have money for a wackadoodle right wing nut case in Columbia. What about MAGA? Wasn't Americans supposed to be 1st and not last.
US offers $1bn to Colombia on new right-wing president's first day of office
Abelardo de la Espriella used his maiden speech to promise an "all-out war" on what he calls "narco-terrorism".

The Felon in Chief and his nazified sidekick Miller think that cruelty is a winning message. There are more good people in this world who care about human dignity. I would prefer we rid ourselves of these white nationalists All real Christians should be appalled at these actions by our government
Forcing Haitian neighbors onto electronic tags in Ohio while stripping their TPS protections is pure cruelty. Watching long-term residents broken down in tears just for checking in exposes a deeply heartless system. We must demand human dignity, respect, and immediate protections! 🎥freedomnews.tv
Ben & Jerry’s videos. Always resistance by the pint❤️🔥 Love this!
Before 1982, it was illegal for corporations to buyback their own stock. Instead they spent it on their workers, pensions, plant and equipment, research and development, etc.
Movements drive parties. Not the reverse. Every movement in the last century to create a bigger and better democracy— Labor Civil Voting Women LGBTQ+ Chicano Environment —all were adopted by the Democratic Party and rejected wholeheartlessly by the Republican Party.
Look at this graph. The share of national income going to the richest 10 percent was lowest (and share to lower 90 percent highest) when union membership was at its highest. As unions have weakened, inequality has widened. This is why we must build back union power.
Here’s a couple dozen items that most to most all Americans feel we need and deserve, but that Reagan, Bush, and Trump Republicans have decided we can never have because the rich must get to stuff more dollars into their already stuffed pockets.
El-Sayed: "Imagine if instead of paying that to your health insurance company, whose CEO makes $20m a year, you paid a little bit more in taxes for healthcare you wouldn't lose. I think all of us would a lot more interested in that system if we knew our healthcare would be free at point of care"
