KM3NeT is a neutrino telescope with two detectors - ARCA and ORCA - at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea. It is also an international consortium of research institutes and university groups collaborating to operate the two detectors - www.km3net.org

Welcome, ORCA38! 🎉 After 4 days of flawless operations at sea, the ORCA detector just got a major upgrade: 5 new detection units installed in the deep sea, bringing the total to 38. A huge thank you to everyone involved, offshore crews and onshore teams, for making this great step forward possible!

We met last week in the historic heart of Valencia for the first Collaboration Meeting of 2026. Researchers came together to discuss the latest results from the ARCA and ORCA detectors, plan upcoming sea campaigns, and share progress on different analyses.
