It's Banned Books Week. My fellow librarians, listen carefully: your book displays should be almost exclusively writers who are alive. Yes, I know classic literature is also being banned, but most of those authors are dead. They aren't suffering financially from bans and challenges.

Drexel University is removing the Academy of Natural Science. This action is under the new president, who claims that it's due to meager funds, which is quesitonable. They contain findings from Lewis and Clarke and other countless historical treasures. Please sign for the future generations to come.
