His belly is stretching out beyond his buttoned shirt, his skin is a much darker blue and he looks shocked. A slight bulge is hidden under his belly, implicating he has an erection forming.

Dialogue reads as: "By Snake Mountain! Eternia doesn't have this sort of magic! What do you mean I'm turning into a blueberry?! Go get some help and...ough...why is this making me feel so strange and different...?"
