The same thing as the other social but way less frequent
The idea behind Rorschach is so fascinating. A man that represents a test, a test about how humanity imposes the crisis of their own lives. How we create our own meaning, and our own suffering. A man that sees via the black and white, and only by the darkness inside of society.
Rorschach is so broke that everytime he breaks into someone's house he eats their food. Funny as hell
It's such a huge flex to have a mural of several characters you literally created throughout the years. This gotta be one of my lifelong dreams, it's so cool
Just bought Last Ronin: the lost years because it was on a sale. Please, if you've read the original, read this book because it's way better (I gotta admit the turtles look really rough but the story makes it worth it)
I really dig the heavy monologues that Marcus has in the book. Reminds me of Brubaker's writing style in Kill or Be Killed
I'm very hopeful for the future of Absolute Batman. Finally feel like the narrative is starting to pick up
"The King in Black may devour my light yet...but he will choke on it."
One of my biggest complaints with the X-men once again proves to be true. It's insane how many times they hook up with each other in the same run and for practically sexual instinct alone. This is the third guy Braddock kisses and Logan's second woman in the same run 💀
This is the definitive TMNT trio. My poor son will always be the loner
It hurts to think that if the previous Venom run actually did cool stuff with his comic status quo we could've gotten Eddie in Imperial 💔
I don't know why, but Chris Bachalo, James Harren, and DWJ all give off similar vibes to me even though their artstyles are significantly different. Love these guys
"What would you give for your art, David?" "I'd give my life."
What is a life changing comic book? One that changes you forever to the point were you're not the same person you were before you read it?
Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman Batman Or Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo Venom
To me this is a sign that what Ed has been saying ever since before MK1's reveal could be more than a fantasy. We might be closer than ever to this game
I lowkey judge my first impression of Indie superheroes based on their character design. If the characters (especially the mc) looks extremely unappealing or just a boring knock-off of a previous character, there's a high chance I won't read the book
I like how, immediately after Denji chooses to be once again ignorant through the decision of avoiding his emotions, he's rewarded by losing the only family he had left and was ready to abandon
it's kinda crazy that Iron Man is probably the 4th character I own the most merch of, I've literally not read more than 10 Iron Man comics still 💀
It's crazy that, no matter how stacked a week is, we will always pick Transformers over the rest
I'm starting a Batman collection without having read any Batman yet LMFAO. I bought these three books
League of comic geeks has to overhaul their "Activity" Tab. It's extremely impractical since you can only scroll down to see the days and it's useless. We can't even log "rereads" in it for the sake of it. They need to copy Letterbox's Diary and revamp this tab
