Personal Win. 2.5 years ago I tore my pec off benching in an accident. It was awful. Had surgery. Long recovery. Last night I managed to shoulder press 100lb dumbbells for eight reps. Which was my pre-tear max. It meant a lot to finally get back there, safely.

My law firm is doing a fitness challenge. This week it is which lawyer could do the longest plank. In order to prevent nefarious accusations I did my plank in front of reception today. 6 Minutes 19 Seconds. I did not know the managing partner was interviewing a candidate today.

I have had someone pretending to be me on Discord for like a solid 15 months scamming folks. I've reported it to discord support, I've tweeted, and yet it persists. Frustrating. If I am in your inbox proposing stream help or some sort of art assets, it isn't me.

I've been streaming for two and a half years now and it's kinda wild. I'm really happy I found my voice, but I am still pushing myself to improve my content and try to teach people about law. I'm so thankful for all the folks still supporting me!!!
