Ah yes, Bowser's rather bulky build is rather warm and huggable. Not something you would often see in a villain like Bowser. He couldn't help but ruffle Cullen's hair. "Hah! I knew it!"

"Pfft, they don't like it, sounds like a them problem to me. Whatever ya say though." Truthfully, Bowser didn't care. He did what he wanted and was always proud of showing off being king regardless of how anyone felt about it. Comes with being a villain.

The koopa really seemed to lile that kiss and embraced it for the few moments it lasted, his big cheeks going pink for that moment.
