Two of my the fans have started making noise they shouldn't make. Took one of them apart completely to clean it, put some new grease on, and right now that seems to have done trick. Who knows, maybe the fault lies with the hundreds of thrips that fell out of it. 🙄
Do you also have those neighbors who always have to do their big garden, or building, or repair projects on a Sunday? While making as much noise as possible? This is why I wish I had a house in the middle of nowhere - no neighbors.

Not sure why I'm thinking of this tonight, because it happened at least ten years ago, but my brain works in mysterious ways. Back then my friend was living in Vancouver, and shortly before going to visit her family in Quebec she told me about being nervous about the flight.

I'm working with Rosetta Stone this week, and one thing has become clear to me after just one day: I'm not giving them my money once I actually get fed up with Duolingo for good. Their speech recognition is the worst, the lessons themselves maybe half a step above the green owl. Nope.
According to Rosetta Stone, my English skills are at a C1+ Level. I'm wondering if they don't go up to C2 because then they can't say they still have things to teach you. 😏 Class today was decidedly meh.
This next week has the potential to turn into an absolute disaster and\or a complete snooze-fest. I've been back to school since January learning office management for two years, and so far so good. Next week is a break from the usual routine, as it's dedicated to one subject only.

I have never been so glad to have kept my real life separate from my online life as I am now. Just the fact that one of my classmates is following me on Instagram leaves me feeling weird, because it's always been the other way around.
