Given that (1) one of my two primary fields (habeas) is notoriously complicated and (2) I often rely on generative AI as a search engine for both articles and cases, I can say rather unequivocally: At least w/r/t habeas, it cannot write a good law review article. It's confused about everything.

OK I declare myself ready to talk about the last season of Le Bureau. I agree that it's really two separate things, but I mostly (but not entirely) enjoyed Audiard’s magical-realist-epilogue episodes. I don't think he "betrayed" characters or anything that dramatic.

(The Beshear thing is stupid bc under current law, the situation where Rs are down a senate seat while McConnell is in cryostasis is ideal for Ds)
Also *he may not want to argue* that rich people are morally responsible for all atrocity because they have money that would have covered prevention.

PRESIDENT TRUMP CANNOT SUSPEND HABEAS CORPUS It's not just something he cannot lawfully, it's not something he can accomplish, even in function, unilaterally. Suspending habeas means that courts stop hearing claims, SCOTUS would have to sign off and it wouldn't.
