I have to remind myself that the phone camera is not true representation of how I look. The mirror is the closest I will get to how I look. I have to combat against body dysmorphia.
I post one gym video and someone’s pastor in my Facebook messages. This exactly why I stay off of Facebook.
I’m going to start putting myself in spaces in which I can connect to my higher self and in places in which my brain can function properly.
Would not be surprised if I ended up back in some form of sales like job. Corporate or corporate adjacent just isn’t for me. Hell may consider factory work.
People that aren’t inherently religious also fall under a form of psychosis. Psychosis is not exclusive to religion.
