Was rewatching Dead’s Man Chest (the best of the trilogy for those with pure souls) and looked back at my old Davy Jones drawings I would do every summer as a way to see how my style and thinking had changed These are over the course of 5 years

Oof no this has been out of print for a long while. The size of it made it a beast of a production to make. I’ve like lowkey thought about doing an updated one but I genuinely have zero time for it haha. Maybe when my day work is more free, but it’s still a heavy amount of work, we will see.

Morning @kristaferanka.bsky.social Is there any chance to purchase this classic piece from you as a print? Any thoughts on returning to this concept with more recent design influences and/or characters? It is one of my favorites

So, this was actually the first character I worked on for this season. The ask was for some sort of Robot with some level of bio tech involved. I cant remember the exact ask but it would be to lay the groundwork of new tech for the rest of the season.

No not i, The credit for the characters in this show go to Jane Bak, Alaine Baybayan, and @licree.bsky.social I’m only like a hired gun on MAWS. I show up for like a month once a season to jumpstart some ideas

I think @kristaferanka.bsky.social is the lead character designer for My Adventures with Superman, and either he or someone(s) on that team deserves credit for the amazing fashion they put Jimmy and Lois in (and the restrain to remember not to do that with Clark).

Snippet from My Adventures with Superman Season 3 episode Party Animals, showing Lois in an orange, white, and black (I think Korean-inspired) dress and Jimmy in a pink vest and bow tie (both of which are somehow two items I don't have in my wardrobe).
