I just stumbled into a place where everyone is reading physical books at the bar or writing on their laptops or drinking iced coffees and talking about how much they love love and Queen is playing and I am OBSESSED.

Okay but how does Netflix find the talking heads that they do…?? Am watching the Manson docuseries (because yay murder show) and I’m floored at the people they’ve curated to tell the story.

Today I rode 50kms and 600 meters of elevation, but not before I turned my ass around halfway up the climb I had planned because HOLY FUCK IT’S HOT OUT. This is your friendly reminder that it’s perfectly acceptable to quit or change direction if the thing makes you feel like you wanna puke.

At some point I became the kind of woman whose exciting Friday night plans include going to a yin yoga class, picking up fresh strawberries for the morning, and cozying up with a good book. I’m not upset about it.
