Are there any depictions of 40k power armour that are (a) properly proportioned and (b) actually able to move around in it? I don't think I've seen a version that doesn't cheat it so far.
I've been playing around with this character model again, but have had a terrible time getting the chunky armour to move properly without clipping. Made for an interesting render test though, trying out some different tricks aimed at that old codex background image art style (needs some more work).
I finished Dimhaven today; Good Game. Good Puzzles. A little short, and it felt like the intro suggested that there would be more locations than there actually were.. The artstyle and music were good, though not without some small visual glitches.
This year I have observed the traditions of the Summer Soltice by getting sunburnt. βοΈ

As an old #Tyranid player I like that the Red Terror has a big new model, sure as hell beats the old metal one. That thing was a nightmare to assemble. There are a few details I don't enjoy, and the pose is a bit goofy. But mostly I'm wondering why it has two Torsos? That's not how 'Nids work. π€
I dunno how to feel about this; There were a bunch in the purple/lavender space that I was nowhere close to, so I'm suprised the final score was so low. Some of the latter colours in the greens were easy to find though. maybe my monitor *is* doing something weird..? π

I still see a lot of folks in our community posting on or sharing posts from Twitter. If you're an Artist or a Creator then you *gotta* get off that platform. There simply isn't any justification for letting it profit from your engagement. All the cool kids are here now anyway.

Okay, quick Rant: 1/ I traveled through London Waterloo this weekend and I heard a charming brass band doing seasonal songs in front of a big christmas tree. Disappointingly; Instead of a traditional tree, it was exclusively branded with "Stranger Things" branding. It was, frankly, very Tacky.
I recently picked up a nice graphics tablet as I've been meaning to do more digital art. I've had some luck doodling and concepting over 3D models to plan out details, but gosh is it humbling with how hard it is to transition from a 3D background to traditional drawing skills. Having fun though!
