This afternoon I visited Stow on the Wold, part of the Cotswold & Stroud local policing area of Gloucestershire Constabulary. It was lovely to meet PC Alison Palfrey who retires next week after 30 years service with the force. Thank you Alison for your service & enjoy your well deserved retirement!

Today I've been up with Northumbria Police hosting another Adolescent Domestic Abuse place based round table with Dr @ruthweir.bsky.social It was particularly poignant to have Micala & Lee Trussler with us, the parents of 15 year old Holly Newton who was horrendously murdered by her boyfriend.
