Ten minutes into this episode of Voyager and Kim has broken the Prime Directive (Accidentally)
It has been a year since I started my current job. I have a lot on my mind. Firstly, I know that I am in a better place mentally than I was a year ago. Secondly, I know that I haven't really progressed on my literary projects as much as I wanted, but that doesn't bother me that much.
First day on the job!
I could be reading comics right now, but I am doing nothing vibing to "Baby Be Mine" by Michael Jackson.
Today, I watched my 25th film this year, so here's how I ranked them. The criteria is basically how much the movies made me feel and think.
I moved my lamp next to my bed--it was next to my desk--and it is incredible. Having a good light source next to my bed is so nice. It makes me want to read more physical books before I go to sleep, which I did last night (I am reading The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates).
The Kickstarter campaign for my first comic, a 28 page action-comedy called Superguy #1, ends this Sunday! We've been running the campaign since March 20th and after fully funding in just 4 hours, we're at 364% funded with 153 backers This thread is my last ditch effort to convince you to back it!
Superguy #1
When Superguy is too busy napping, it's up to his faithful sidekick Robotguy to save the day in this 28-page action-comedy!

If I can call upon the powers of the comic book community one last time, we're at the last couple of days for the Superguy #1 campaign and I have a pinned thread that could use as many shares as we can get! Can we get one last big push for Superguy?

Punisher #6 cover homage from Mike Mignola and Kevin Knowlan
A Booster Gold (an homage to Charles Vess's Web of Spider-Man #26 cover) and a Captain Atom falling.
PSA TO ALL DRIVERS IN AMERICA: THE WHITE LINE IS NOT A FUCKING SUGGESTION
Where has Naoki Urasawa been all my life??? I started reading Monster on Wednesday, and it is really good. I have issues with it, but they are a bit minor. It's mainly the length of the series. I don't see how it could be 162 chapters, but I've only read 9, so I could be wrong.
Had the pleasure of running up and down six decks at work with the steepest stairs I've ever seen. My coworkers were doing it a lot longer than I was. I hope their legs aren't brittle tomorrow.
The TPMS in my car got knocked loose or something, and now it says my back right tire is 13 psi when it's clearly not! This sucks!
Why is there only one entrance and one exit to Port Canaveral????
I can feel myself slowly becoming a 4hr sleeper. I should've been asleep like three hours ago, especially since I only slept 4hrs last night!
Got jumpscared by a bad bitch sleeping on my floor (I forgot she was there)
As I left the bathroom, my dog ran out of my sister's room and tried booking it to the stairs. I told her to stop, so I could pet her, and realized she looked incredibly guilty. I turned around, went into my sister's room and there was trash all over the floor.
Somebody murdered the mannequin at the African Grocery. Punched it right in the titty. Crimi nal FUCK ers goddam
I'm going to be so sad and delighted when Batman: Dark Pictures ends. This book is so good. That and Hellhunters are my favorite books coming out right now.
Last year I watched 26 movies, this year I am trying to do more. The list starts here:
Hellhunters from @phillipkjohnson.bsky.social and @adamgorham.bsky.social continues to be exceptional! It is quite possibly the best book on the shelves. I would love to see this team do more great things!
