Good news this week: Endangered sea turtle Pancake, rehabbed since 2025 due to cold-stunning, was released back into the ocean; a royal tern chick in San Jose was ecstatic to receive a big fish from mom; a coyote pup with a detergent container over his head was rescued and will be fine.
#SplatoonRaiders is so awesome. Is Splatoon still considered underrated? I don't know. But I feel it absolutely deserves space alongside the very best of Nintendo's work (the Marios, Zeldas, etc...). This is such a clever spin on the core gameplay and the art and music direction is on-point.
I strongly dislike smart TVs in general. My older Samsung is getting more and more bloated with ads inside the menus and bloated promo stuff that slows everything down. Please just give me a barebones gorgeous panel with the ability to change input sources. 😂
Tom Warren@tomwarren.co.uk · 2w agohonestly, fuck LG for adding these notifications at startup on their TVs. I had every option for promotions disabled in the system settings, but they added new ones through the built in apps. I’ll never ever own anything LG ever again.
