UPDATE on that Sean Duffy story: DoT spox pushes back on, her words, “pay-to-play” claims, arguing that they impugn the “character” of the secretary. “The gas in the car, he wasn’t told Shell paid for the gas,” she said. “He just got in the car and drove it.”
