And here I am, doing my last service with it before they take it away from us again tomorrow ~ But it will be returned tomorrow noon, so in the morning tomorrow there will still be a couple services provided with it :)

Modern passenger information systems… Big advantage: via Internet they can of course access live information and you have the train information updated daily. Disadvantage: if the internet connection fails, it’s just not working at all and I have to do all information via microphone. Blank screens.

After enjoying two days off I’m back at work ~ Doing the Horn(y)berg Shuttle today :)

And another German service today x3 Last one, then two days off, really need them 🥵 It’s been 8 days of work with only one free day ( 3 days work, one day off, 5 days of work ). Looking forward to relax after this service x3

At work again, today a German service though :) Actually I have no Strasbourg services in the next seven days ^^

And I’m back on the Offenburg - Strasbourg line, but only for today. It’s quite warm, 32 degrees Celsius, but to my surprise the AC in both units is working really well, it’s actually blowing cold air :0 So it’s actually somewhat comfortable inside ^^ Got everyone with me so far ~

Been doing a nice and chill German service yesterday, totally forgot to post the photos xD Today I’ll have to do a Strasbourg service again.

And here we go again ~ Tomorrow one day off though :) First train from Offenburg to Strasbourg was full to the brim again, in Appenweier I had to wait almost 3 minutes until all remaining people squeezed in and bicycles, so many bicycles… It’s always unbelievable how much you can squeeze in, Tetris.

So SNCF cancelled the TGV 9531 from Strasbourg to Freiburg today and sent all the remaining passengers to my 20:22 train in Strasbourg, telling people I would be a replacement train to Freiburg, so people complained to me, asking why I only go to Offenburg and not to Freiburg xD

And another day on this line ~ But all chill so far, just very very busy again, especially towards France. But got everyone with me yet :) Originally I had a German service today, but since one of our SNCF drivers called in sick I was asked if I could do it. Same times, anyway.

And my free weekend is over, back to work ~ First train from Offenburg to Strasbourg was full to the brim again, but somehow everyone made it to squeeze themselves in again, didn’t leave anyone behind, nobody was able to move inside that train though hah.

And I’m driving Offenburg - Strasbourg again on this Friday, it’s extremely busy, weekend ahead and I only have two tiny diesel units… First train from Offenburg to Strasbourg I just left behind: - 60 people and 5 cyclists in Offenburg - 15 people and 3 cyclists in Appenweier

And another day on the Offenburg - Strasbourg line, luckily not so busy again today, but it was much warmer than yesterday, the „AC“ was useless today 🥵 But now it’s finally cooling down and rain ahead, it’s getting so chilly now 😌 Cold wind ~

And I’m back on the Offenburg - Strasbourg line, with the old diesel. Luckily it’s not too hot today, the AC is actually somewhat working, you’re not cooking in these today. Trains are full, but not overcrowded, luckily not so busy today, too.

I‘m back from my vacation, first service ~ A German service today with the nice and modern Mireo trains :) Rest of the week I’ll drive to Strasbourg with the old, hot and tiny diesel trains, since they took the Régiolis train away from us again from passenger use 🥲 Why? Money💰

So I’m back in Germany from my vacation in the USA just to find out that they took the Régiolis train away from us again and that we currently drive all our Offenburg - Strasbourg trains with two old tiny diesel again, also on the weekends. What the hell!? 🤯 Terrible step backwards…

Had a very good treatment in the plane again x3 Back in Germany by now ~

Just landed in Boston and changed planes. Now in the plane back to Frankfurt, coming home ~

Traveler, if you ever come to Pittsburgh, go to Balvanera for dinner, damn this was one of the best and tastiest places I’ve ever been to 🤤

After golfing I went to check out the convention center where Anthrocon will start tomorrow ~ Already a lot of other furs around x3

Started today with some more golfing, tried a virtual golf simulator for the first time ever, was quite interesting and fun and especially indoor, perfect while it’s so hot outside.
