Working on a commercial street in Willow Creek (again)... So far, there's a thrift/bubble tea store, a run down (fixer upper) gym with a residential space, and a vet clinic. All with SBV items, so they can be run as businesses. Any suggestions for the last 40x30 lot? Thinking library...
