If you're concerned about the current food safety issues with leafy greens, I recommend learning to cook Indian food! Any "saag" dish will use a ton of spinach, mustard greens and collard greens. It looks rough but it's delicious. Tons of garlic, ginger, butter, and spices. Add paneer (cheese)!

Despite this week being an emotional roller coaster, we did manage to get out of the house at least once.
A little around five hours ago, one of the most influential people in my life passed away. I can honestly say that I would not be the person I am today without him. I've had two fathers leave this world unto the next in these past six years. They were both fantastic and will live on through memory.
I wish the reasons for going were fun or good, but this 10-month-old 787 should at least get me there.
