i'm slowly getting used to my new dental crown….. it feels so weird after not having a tooth there for a bit mostly due to the root canal. but the good news is i'm not scared of any procedures based on that anymore.

got my new crown in and it wasn't scary at all, feels a little weird and like something i'll have to get used to again after months of um… not really having a tooth there but yeah. hurrah no more anxiety-inducing doctors trips (mostly)

to put it lightly i'm seeking a therapist for it but i started mentally associating nighttime with danger due to how i kept getting sick at night, irl occurances, etc… therefore resulting in panic. it's VERY hard for me to sleep at night now without very specific accomadations.
