arnaerr 🦭⭑｡@arnaerr.bsky.social · 2mo agoPlease share your feedback on how genAI destroys the livelihoods of artists on the official EU website. You can do so even if you're not an EU citizen. We have to be loud so the change will come, and practice shoes that voicing hatred towards genAI works ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet...
Bro if anyone tells me they use generative AI in any way, I immediately think less of them as a person. I do not feel bad about that fact.
sometimes im like "omg i cant draw anymore its joever" but then i do a few warm ups and I'm like oh nvm I can draw still. I'm telling u, u cannot skip warmups... I can't just jump into creating the way I did when I was more youthful. Chances are, you can still draw, you just have to grease up first.
that's enough encouragement for me

thinking about the popularity of so many "redraw trends" and plagiarism of compositions by all sorts of artists (it comes up often for gposing but 2D artists do it too). i have to sum up my discomfort with it as follows: it's artists treating other artists the same way A/I treats art as data
✧ commissions are open! im so so excited to say i dont manage a restaurant anymore, and that i will be doing this fulltime for the foreseeable future~ im looking forward to taking on many more commissions, to streaming, and to selling my artwork! vgen.co/TheLowestPic...

Burning Fists, as swift as wildfire, strong as the blaze. Mutsu-no-Kami, that which renders the skies. #FFXIVart This marks the last of the classic battle classes I will do before EC! 💦 I'm waiting until I see the next set of AF weapons to choose a set for PCT/VPR.
I'll post every once in a while about the beauty of the quaking aspen and its ability to slow wildfires
Art block is so rough, sorry for the lack of art. Ill come back soon, stronger than ever. 😤😔
