Lawrence Hecht@lawrencehecht.info · 2y agoOf the six obstacles asked about, “insufficient developer tools” got the fewest votes (24%). No wonder fewer companies are adding budget for this. See the chart below, that shows only 34% say their company is increasing their budget for Java dev tools.
