At #MoCA10, I highlighted the priorities of the LDC Group ahead of COP31: stronger ambition aligned with 1.5°C, urgent delivery of climate finance, accelerated implementation of NDCs and NAPs, support for adaptation and loss & damage, and a just transition that works. #MoCA10
