🎓 Congratulations to Dr. Peter Woulfe! In October 2025, Peter successfully defended his PhD under the supervision of LDCRC Principal Investigators Dr. Sinead O'Keeffe and Dr. Elfed Lewis.

👏 Congratulations to PhD student Kelsi Gallati! Kelsi, who is conducting her research under LDCRC PI Dr. Amira Mahdi, recently presented her poster “Optimizing parameters to improve pre-clinical models of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer” at two recent research events.

👏 Congratulations to Prof. Ruth Clifford, Clinical Director of the LDCRC, and the Cancer Clinical Trials at UHL on the opening of the MK2140-011 trial for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Another great step forward in advancing cancer treatment and research in the Mid West.
