I’m signed up for a half marathon in 2 months. The furthest I’ve run in the last 5 years is 5km and that takes anywhere between 32-40 minutes depending on conditions. Runners: what tips can you give to an out of shape (fat) beginner runner to prep for half marathon?
Streaming services are in a hell of their own design, because they've trained their audiences to never get invested in new shows because they'll just end up getting cancelled. I'm still mad Netflix cancelled that amazing Dark Crystal show, but it teaches you one thing; never get invested.

Ffs. Can this “processed food” stuff just sod off already. Human history is in no small part defined by food processing. You know, like cooking food (800,000 years ago) or making bread and beer (15,000 years ago). Put the instagram wellness influencer self-help book down, its fine to process food.

At the very least it should be the case that sum rental income on a property cannot exceed mortgage repayment. In London it’s not uncommon for people to be paying more monthly rent for a single room in a house than would cover the entire mortgage on a modest 2 bed terrace in the same area. M
