Our free interactive nutrition tool, MyPlateMyDay.org, includes foods that are traditional to New Mexico and our region. Examples include combination foods like mutton stew, posole, chile rellenos, or Indian tacos, as well as calabacitas, nopalitos, frybread, tortillas and conchas!
