William Regal @RealKingRegal I’m on a plane going home from Mexico and on it with Pac. 1 of my favorite people in the Wrestling. IMO the best Wrestler to come out of England since the 80’s and they were Rollerball Rocco, Marty Jones and Fit Finlay. That’s no knock on the incredible UK talent around today but I come from a time and style where being credible was part of the job. Pac is the only wrestler that when I see him wrestle I think he can beat me up and his wrestling is so much more aggressive and credible. Again, there’s brilliant UK wrestlers who I rate highly and am huge fans of but not as much as him. That’s just me and my opinion. Neville v Aleister Black from the UK tournament in Blackpool is one of my favourite bouts I saw live in the last 20 years. Last nights Roman v Penta rates up there with it. So today was the urologist appointment - and it's good news thankfully in that it's nothing sinister, what it looks like is a Lupus issue - a rare one which given it's me, someone with the rare diagnosis of junior lupus at 13/14 it's not a surprise - so it's a weight off my shoulders!

So saw the Crystal Lake trailer... the thing is that while I feel Linda's going to be good as Pamela Vorhees the continuity side of me twitches at the words Summer 1971 when everything before this has made the 50's canon! At least with Carrie I get why Flanagan moved it to present day...

Incredible BBC-ing from the BBC here, responding to the axing of their queer-led shows like I Kissed a Boy/I Kissed a Girl and Drag Race UK by pointing out they’ve got Mr Loverman (a one-off miniseries aired in 2024) and some token gays in Amandaland

The BBC recently announced Smoggie Queens, which features predominantly LGBTQ+ characters, would be renewed for a third series, and it represents the community elsewhere through storylines in shows including Mr Loverman, Amandaland, Vigil and EastEnders.
