Clear discontinuity from shingles vaccines on shingles, but not on dementia, in this much larger follow up in England, using similar analytic choices as the Wales study that showed a benefit.

Absolutely fascinating discovery: A biological signature indicates a lung cancer risk 5 years before incidence. A drug can reduce some of this incidence, enabling partly effective intervention long before current screening programs. Would such an approach also be feasible for other types of cancer?
