A new paper from the LOB microscopy unit on high-speed multiphoton light-sheet imaging has been published in Optica. We achieved kilohertz frame rates by enhancing the signal-to-photodamage ratio during live imaging. doi.org/10.1364/OPTI...

🚀 KiloHz two photon live imaging #MultiphotonMicroscopy @laboptbio.bsky.social Two-photon light-sheet live imaging at kilohertz frame rate using birefringence-based pulse splitting #LightSheetMicroscopy #Bioimaging #Photonics #Microscopy #Zebrafish Article is available here: doi.org/10.1364/OPTI...

Having a great time at the « image Science » GRC in Italy, we took time for a photo with current group members, alumni, and friends of @picolablkb.bsky.social !
