Whether or not you hate her politics doesn't negate her high approval rating among Democrats. Attacking her days out from an election is a bad idea. How are you not grasping this concept?
But why do you hate health insurance? Is it because of it's selective acceptance of medical needs and refusing necessary care to gain more profits over actual healthy results? If so, Medicare 4 All eliminates those aspects of insurance by removing it from the private sector.
