It's hard trying to not be jealous of the people who can just put out fine art regularly when the official p/ortfolio day comes along I feel like I'm running in place by comparison when my output has been mostly refs that only I ever utilize I want my work to be worth people's time I know I'm not

I've had people who can't afford to support monetarily be the reason paying clients find me just through word of mouth alone. My next customer might not see my post, but they might see your repost of my work or comms.

Pro tip: you don’t have to comm artists to boost and support them. People claim they can’t support artists and creators because they are financially strapped, but they can still boost posts, comment, like, and in general just be supportive! It’s completely free outside of an internet connection ;)
