Getting used to this new body, put on some muscle and even cut down my hair for better swimming efficiency. Trying my best, but seems I didn't hit coach's lap time goal. My hubby and I decided to enroll in the training program a new coach offered after our gym workout. He said he'd "mold us" into our ideal shape, little did we know the molding was quite literal, and that this trainer was a dog trainer!!! Thank you @artbyhornbuckle.bsky.social for this!!

Seems like my swim coach wanted to try a new approach to helping me out with my lap times. Maybe this new body will help out? Better stick to those times or else coach has more drastic measures planned! Thank you @artbyhornbuckle.bsky.social for drawing this!
